Digital Procedures

The procedure management platform of the SGH (PMP) is available for arbitration proceedings under the rules of arbitration of the SGH.

All procedural steps - starting with the submission of the request for arbitration and ending with the arbitration award - are fully digitized using the PMP. The parties to the proceedings shall carry out procedural acts using the PMP.
