PMP

Purpose of the PMP

The digital Procedure Management Platform of the SGH (PMP) is used for the administration of SGH arbitration proceedings. Arbitration requests for SGH arbitration proceedings can be submitted via the publicly accessible homepage of the PMP using the digital arbitration request form. Registration for the PMP is not required to initiate arbitration proceedings.

Registered users have access to various functions within the PMP (restricted area). The restricted area of the PMP is divided into a general information and navigation area and a confidential area for a specific procedure - the so-called „Case Site(s)“.

Access Rights

Arbitration requests for SGH arbitration proceedings can be submitted by non-registered PMP users using the digital arbitration request form.

All proceedings pending at the SGH have their own Case Site within the PMP (restricted area). To gain access to the restricted area of the PMP and a specific Case Site, users must first register and be granted access to the PMP and the respective Case Site by the SGH. In addition to the SGH case managers, only persons who are specifically involved in a case and registered for the PMP can access the restricted area of the PMP and the specific Case Site. As a rule, this includes beyond the arbitrators the parties and the persons authorized by them, their legal representatives and. The SGH case managers are responsible for granting access to the PMP and individual Case Sites. If necessary, experts, mediators and legal advisors commissioned by SGH, CCI or AHK can also be activated for a Case Site.

Role and Authorization Concept

Using a detailed role and authorization concept, the registered individuals are assigned to a predefined user group and will then be granted the necessary access, participation and viewing rights according to their role in a specific case. The functional scope of individual modules also depends on the assignment to a specific user group in the respective procedure. For example, PMP users can be involved in several procedures (cases) at the same time, but be assigned to different user groups in each case.

Structured Case Sites

The PMP and each individual Case Site have a predefined structure. Various modules enable transparent, fast and efficient case management.

Modules and Functions

Various modules and functions are available to users in the restricted area of the PMP. The dashboard and the "Latest Activity" module give the user an overview of current events and can be used to monitor deadlines. The dashboard also shows all persons involved in a case and which user group they belong to.

Authorized parties to the proceedings can add information relevant to the proceedings to the digital file using the upload function in the specified folder structure. Some functions of the PMP require users to be able to open and edit Microsoft 365 file formats.

A task and calendar module is available to case managers, arbitrators and mediators. This allows that upcoming tasks, deadlines and deadlines can be communicated to all or individual parties to the proceedings and kept track of or used for self-management.

Automated notification functions ensure that the parties to the proceedings and the SGH are always informed about all proceedings relevant to them within the PMP.
